    • Recommendations Matter: Advise high-temperature/high-humidity regions (e.g., Southeast Asia) on adhesives with superior weather resistance and extended open times. Promote standardized, substrate-prep-focused installation systems in all markets (e.g., Europe, North America).

  2. Flawless Substrate Preparation: This is the absolute foundation. Never skip cleaning, repairing, profiling, and priming.

  3. Environmental Control: Follow manufacturer guidelines for temperature and humidity ranges during installation and curing. Avoid extremes. Protect fresh installations from frost and rapid drying.

  4. Quality Mortar is Just the Start: Perfect mixing consistency is necessary but insufficient without addressing compatibility, substrate, and environment.
