Brief Introduction

Construction cellulose fiber can easily disperse in the thermal insulation material and form three dimension space, and it can absorb water 6-8 times than its own weight. This character of combination improves operating performance, anti-sliding performance of the material, and speeds up the construction progress.

Cellulose fiber is made of 100% natural materials, that is, wood of fast-growing tree species.

It can be 100% bio-degradable. It is derived from natural.

Raw materials are renewable ,cellulose fiber can be dio-degradable. Thus, this process is one ecological cycle.

Main Functions

- Viscosity reduces with the increase of sheer rate. Low sheer rate will result in increasing of viscosity immediately. Under stationary state with cellulose fiber ,the viscosity will back to original.

 

- The gelled system depends on the length of the cellulose fiber: the longer the fiber, the more obvious the thickening effect.

 

- The cross-linking systems formed through the establishment of three-dimensional fiber skeleton to make the cellulose fiber gain higher stability.

 

- Filling in the joint parts and the cracks enhance closing cracks effect.

 

- Cellulose fiber in many applications plays a role of anti-cracking.

 

- Due to the extended opening times, cellulose fiber can reduce the formulation of skin.

 

- On the strong absorption level, cellulose fiber still has a good operating performance.

It can put the remaining water within the capillary of fiber and make the freezing point down too -70 degree.

Cellulose Fiber Recommended Dosage 

* Thermal insulation mortar: 0.4-0.5% per ton        

* Tile adhesive:0.3-0.5% per ton

* Insulation mortar layer: 0.2-0.3% per ton                    

* Caulking agent: 0.4-0.5% per ton

* Exterior wall putty: 0.3-0.5% per ton                        

* Gypsum plaster 0.2-0.4% per ton

-- Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.

 

Store it in a cool, dry place below 30degree and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
